This is a Level 4 qualification that will enable learners to carry out performance-related needs analysis, measurements and assessments. By the end of the course, students will also have the necessary skills to plan, deliver and evaluate strength and conditioning programmes for athletes and clients as well as understanding the demands of performance activities and how they can affect an athlete’s performance
During the course, students will also learn about the importance of strength and conditioning for an athlete as well as working together with the client in order to achieve previously set goals and understand various methods that can be used to assess the athlete’s overall performance capabilities.
Most importantly, the newly qualified students will be able to deliver highly effective strength and conditioning sessions that are enhance the overall athletic performance.
This Strength & Conditioning course is full-time and has a duration of 5 days (9 AM - 5 PM)
In order to successfully complete the qualification, students need to complete 2 mandatory units:
