The Continuing Professional Development courses (CPDs) are short, affordable courses that usually last one or two days and they only focuson one subject, be it kettlebells, circuit training, mixed martial arts or indoor cycling. CPDs are a great way for you to improve your skills and learn more while gaining REPs points (all REPs members have to gain 24 points every two years)
In order to be able to book your CPDs, you would have to hold a Level 2 qualification (minimum).
