The Channel View Centre was opened in 2002 and has a big role within the local community. As well as hiring out its wide range of high quality facilities, it also plays an integral part in the local community, hosting numerous activities.

Channel View Centre has ample parking with designated disabled bays and public transport links include the 9 and City Circle buses.

I’ve just completed my strength training and sports conditioning and I wanted to compliment the course leader on a very informative and enjoyable course.

Angela Green

I am a full time tutor based in Cardiff, teaching Gym & PT. I specialise in Freestyle group exercise; ranging from traditional activities like aerobics, outdoor fitness and group indoor cycling to physical yoga and pilates. I also love spending as much time out on my bike as possible, enjoying the Welsh countryside whilst training for road races, time trials and triathlons.

I have more than 10 years’ experience within the health and fitness industry, working within both private and public health and fitness centres. I teach level 2 Exercise and Fitness (Gym Instructor) and Health related exercise for children, I do hope to keep pushing my own personal boundaries and increase my portfolio of tutoring opportunities, whilst passing on the invaluable knowledge I have to more and more students.
