Learners who successfully complete this course will receive a Discovery Learning certificate and a YMCA Awards certificate in Adapting Exercise for Ante Natal and Post Natal Clients.

Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercises
This course will allow you to become a specialist instructor who can address the needs of pre and post natal clients, enabling you to provide bespoke classes and courses for pregnant women and new mums. There is a shortage of such specialist teachers and this course will certainly open doors for fitness instructors and personal trainers wishing to broaden their level of expertise and branch out into a new area of client groups. This pre and post natal exercise course will enable you to apply appropriate exercise approaches and plan/design safe effective exercise programmes for both pregnant women and new mums and will allow you to be fully covered by your REPs insurance to take such classes.

This Pre and Post Natal Exercise Course is designed for qualified instructors who want to improve their knowledge, confidence and understanding of pre and post natal clients.

How long is the course?
Learners will be required to complete 4 weeks of home study, followed by a 2 day attendance course and a theory exam.
Where can I complete the course?
Learners are able to enrol onto this course at our West London venue.
What assessments will I need to complete?
Learners will be required to complete a case study, worksheets and a 30 question theory exam – the pass mark is 70%
What support will I get?
Once booked on to the course learners will be given access to the student zone so they can familiarise themselves with the syllabus, they will also given the contact details for our student support team who will assist them with any problems outside of the classroom, and our in house tutors will be there to support you on the day of your course.
