Strength & Sports Conditioning Course Overview:
Working with fitness professionals to increase their strength and speed (power) and developing sports specific training approaches for individual sporting disciplines, offers enormous potential for fitness professionals to enter into a new and rapidly expanding field of strength and sports conditioning coaching.
Performance in sport is everything and many athletes fail to reach their potential because they place too much emphasis on the technical aspect of their discipline and insufficient attention to their physical preparation. This course will allow you to fill this untapped market place and allow you to improve the strength, power and resilience to injury for specific sporting disciplines.
