20 hours pre course reading, followed by 1 day attendance (8 hours)
Level 2 gym qualifications, Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity. Writing and numeracy skills are also recommended for presentation of course work; however help is available if needed. Minimum age is 16.
